Orange performs evaluations on "Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)" which aim to:
  • better understand the supplier's processes,
  • ensure that they have common commitments with Orange for respect for the environment, social and human rights and good ethical practices,
  • meet regulatory obligations,
  • initiate, where appropriate, plans for joint improvement.

CSR evaluations are conducted:
  • during tenders using specific questionnaires,
  • during the life of the contract,
  • from specific Orange questionnaires,
  • based on the feedback from EcoVadis assessments.
