evaluating supplier performance using the QREDIC® tool
QREDIC® is the evaluation and performance improvement system for the Group's suppliers that has been implemented since 2004 in all its entities and subsidiaries.
This tool is based on an assessment of six performance areas:
- Responsiveness - Relationships
- Ethics - Environment - Social
- Time scales - Delivery
- Cost - Invoicing
Each area is the subject of precise and regular fact-based measurements (performance indicators) or satisfaction surveys carried out in all of the Group's entities and subsidiaries concerned by the supplier.
QREDIC® applies mainly to the Group's key suppliers with whom regular reviews are organised.
